1. Participant Eligibility

Participants must be in good physical condition. The minimum age to join the rafting activity is 7 years, subject to river conditions and operator policy.

2. Safety Briefing & Equipment

All participants are required to attend a safety briefing before the activity. Safety equipment provided (helmet, life jacket, paddle) ( Own shoes for rafting ) must be worn at all times during the rafting.

3. Health Restrictions

White water rafting is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with heart conditions, severe back problems, or other serious medical conditions. Participants are responsible for informing the operator of any health issues prior to the activity.

4. Guide Instructions

Participants must follow all instructions given by the professional rafting guide. Failure to comply may result in removal from the activity without refund for safety reasons.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Participation is at the participant’s own risk. Baligriyatour and the rafting operator are not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses resulting from negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.

6. Insurance Coverage

Basic insurance is included unless stated otherwise. Insurance coverage applies only when participants adhere to safety rules and guide instructions.

7. Personal Belongings

Personal belongings brought on the rafting trip are the participant’s responsibility. We recommend not bringing valuables during the activity.

8. Weather & River Conditions

Rafting activities operate depending on weather and river conditions. In the event of unsafe conditions, the operator reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the activity.

9. Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling

All bookings are subject to availability. Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policies follow Baligriyatour’s general booking terms.

10. Agreement

By participating in the White Water Rafting activity, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated above.
