1. Participant Eligibility

Participants must be in good physical condition. The minimum driving age is 16 years. Children may join as passengers under adult supervision, subject to operator regulations.

2. Safety Briefing & Rules

All participants must attend a mandatory safety briefing before the activity. Instructions given by the guide must be followed at all times. Safety equipment provided must be worn throughout the ride.

3. Health Restrictions

This activity is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with heart conditions, back problems, or other serious medical issues. Participants are responsible for declaring any medical conditions prior to participation.

4. Driving Responsibility

Reckless driving, racing, or ignoring guide instructions is strictly prohibited. The operator reserves the right to stop the activity if safety rules are violated.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Participation in the UTV Buggy Adventure is at the participant’s own risk. Baligriyatour and the operator are not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses resulting from negligence or failure to follow instructions.

6. Insurance Coverage

Basic insurance is included unless stated otherwise. Insurance is valid only when safety rules and guide instructions are strictly followed.

7. Damage & Compensation

Any damage to the UTV buggy caused by misuse, negligence, or violation of rules will be charged to the participant.

8. Personal Belongings

Personal items are the responsibility of the participant. We strongly recommend not bringing valuables during the activity.

9. Weather Conditions

The activity operates in most weather conditions. In cases of extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the activity for safety reasons.

10. Booking, Cancellation & Changes

All bookings are subject to availability. Cancellation and rescheduling policies follow Baligriyatour’s general booking terms.

11. Agreement

By joining the UTV Buggy Adventure, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated above.
