By booking an Ubud Tour with Bali Griya Tour, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment
   All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm the booking. Payment methods and deadlines will be informed at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
   Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the tour date may be eligible for a refund (depending on agreement). Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable. No refund will be given for no-shows or unused services.
3. Tour Itinerary
   The itinerary is flexible and may change due to weather, traffic, local conditions, or force majeure. We reserve the right to adjust the route or schedule to ensure safety and comfort.
4. Pick-Up & Drop-Off
   Pick-up times are approximate and may vary due to traffic conditions. Guests are responsible for being ready at the agreed pick-up time.
5. Personal Responsibility
   Guests participate in the tour at their own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the tour. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
6. Health & Safety
   Guests must inform us in advance of any medical conditions or special requirements.
   We reserve the right to refuse service to guests who are unfit to travel or behave in a disruptive manner.
7. Weather & Force Majeure
   Tours may be canceled or rescheduled due to natural disasters, extreme weather, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternative arrangements or refunds will be discussed.
8. Children & Infants
   Children must be accompanied by an adult. Child seats are available upon request (subject to availability).
9. Liability
   We act only as a tour operator and are not liable for delays, injuries, accidents, or losses caused by third parties.
10. Agreement
    By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
