General

• • This package is a one-day tour to the West area of Nusa Penida.
  • By making a booking, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated below.

Booking & Confirmation

• • Booking is recommended at least 1 day prior to the tour date.
  • Booking confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or email after payment is received.
  • Baligriyatour reserves the right to cancel bookings due to full boat capacity or operational constraints.

Payment Policy

• • Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed payment methods.
  • Prices are based on the agreement at the time of booking and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payment is considered valid once received by Baligriyatour.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• • Cancellation at least 24 hours before the tour date: Free cancellation.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the tour date: subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total payment.
  • Cancellation on the tour date or no-show: no refund.
  • Cancellations due to bad weather or port closure will be rescheduled or refunded in accordance with the boat operator’s policy.

Participant Responsibility

• • Participants must follow all instructions given by the driver or guide.
  • Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
  • Any behavior that endangers oneself or others is strictly prohibited.

Health & Safety

This tour is not recommended for pregnant women, participants with serious medical conditions, or limited mobility.

Tourist sites in Nusa Penida feature natural terrain, hills, and uneven paths.

Baligriyatour is not responsible for accidents caused by participant negligence.

Itinerary Changes

Baligriyatour reserves the right to adjust the itinerary or visit order without prior notice for safety and operational reasons.

Changes may occur due to weather conditions, road situations, or local regulations.

Force Majeure

Baligriyatour shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by force majeure, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, civil disturbances, or government regulations.
