Tour order (snorkeling first or land tour first) may be adjusted depending on conditions.

By booking and/or participating in the snorkeling activity provided by Baligriyatour, the participant hereby acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the following terms:

1. Voluntary Participation

I acknowledge that snorkeling is a water-based activity involving inherent risks, including but not limited to strong currents, waves, marine life, weather changes, and water conditions. My participation is voluntary and at my own risk.

2. Health Declaration

I declare that I am in good physical and mental health and do not suffer from any medical conditions that may pose a risk while snorkeling, including but not limited to heart conditions, asthma, epilepsy, severe allergies, or pregnancy.

I understand that I am solely responsible for assessing my own fitness to participate.

3. Safety Instructions

I agree to strictly follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the snorkeling guide, boat crew, or staff of Baligriyatour.

Failure to follow instructions may result in immediate termination of my participation without any refund.

4. Use of Equipment

I acknowledge that snorkeling equipment is provided for use only and must be used properly. I accept responsibility for any damage caused by misuse or negligence. 

5. Weather & Sea Conditions

I understand that snorkeling activities are highly dependent on weather and sea conditions.

Baligriyatour reserves the right to change snorkeling locations or cancel the activity at any time for safety reasons, without prior notice.

No compensation shall be provided for cancellations made in the interest of safety.

6. Limitation of Liability

I hereby release and discharge Baligriyatour, its staff, guides, boat operators, and partners from any liability for injury, illness, loss, damage, or death arising from:

My own actions or negligence

Failure to follow safety instructions

Natural conditions beyond human control 

7. Personal Belongings

I understand that Baligriyatour is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings, including electronic devices, jewelry, or valuables during snorkeling activities.

8. Photography & Documentation

I consent to the use of photos or videos taken during the activity for promotional purposes, unless otherwise stated in writing prior to the tour.

9. Legal Acknowledgment

By participating in the snorkeling activity, I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted this disclaimer and safety waiver, and I waive any right to legal claims against Baligriyatour to the fullest extent permitted by law.
