1. Eligibility
Participants must be in good physical condition. The minimum age to ride an ATV is 12 years. Children must be accompanied or supervised by an adult.

2. Safety & Briefing
All participants are required to attend a safety briefing and follow instructions provided by the guide at all times. Use of safety equipment (helmet, boots if provided) is mandatory.

3. Health Conditions
We are not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, back problems, or other serious medical issues. Participants are responsible for declaring any health conditions prior to the activity.

4. Liability & Responsibility
Participants ride at their own risk. Baligriyatour and the ATV operator are not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage caused by failure to follow instructions or reckless behavior.

5. Insurance
Basic insurance is included unless otherwise stated. Coverage applies only when
participants comply with safety rules and guide instructions.

6. Personal Belongings
Personal items brought during the activity are the participant’s responsibility. We recommend not bringing valuable items.

7. Damage Policy
Any damage caused to the ATV due to negligence or misuse may be charged to the participant.

8. Weather Conditions
ATV rides operate in most weather conditions. In extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to reschedule or cancel for safety reasons.

9. Booking & Cancellation
All bookings are subject to availability. Cancellation and refund policies follow
Baligriyatour’s general booking terms. Agreement By participating in the ATV Ride, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
